Ever observe different types of photography and ask, why or how?  This new course will develop your sense of composition, depth, content placement and some of the basic rules of thirds and fourths.  The class, led by Bruce Sumner, will discuss lens elements, shutter speed, and how to achieve the  artistic result you want.  Each student will be required to take pictures for class discussion and critique in a comfortable setting. 

For those at the moment of retirement – two years away or currently transitioning to or living in retirement. Mark Church will highlight strategies and action steps to make you feel confident in the transition while also understanding the balance between guaranteed and non-guaranteed products you may want to purchase.

The British baker from The Great British Cupcake LLC will lead students in creating a cake masterpiece that will surely wow your family and friends.  This class will cover masking a 3-layer cake and decorating with sprinkles and swirls. Students will leave with their own amazing cake. All supplies included. This cake can be frozen for up to 2 months.
