Slow Deep Yoga / Guided Meditation II

Taking it slow. Taking it deep. Taking the time to connect with the body, focus on the breath, and slow down the mind. This class, taught bey Michele Antisdel a multi-certified Yoga Instructor, will be a combination of a slow Yang style class moving with mindfulness from one posture to the next, and a Yin style class settling into long, deep stretches. Perfect class for beginners, seasoned Yogis, or anyone looking to slow their life down. Each class with begin and end with a guided meditation.
Practitioners should bring two yoga blocks a yoga strap and a yoga mat. Optional: blanket and pillows.
