Slow Flow Yoga Session II

with Michele Antisdel

Calendar Oct 17, 2022 at 6:30 pm, runs for 6 weeks

Slow Flow Yoga is a slower paced class than a regular Vinyasa flow yoga class. The slower pace is meditative emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. Poses will be held longer taking several rounds of breath in each pose rather than moving with each breath. Props such as bolsters, straps and blocks are encouraged, though not required, to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for students looking for a gentle experience, those who are new to yoga, or experienced Yogi’s who would like a change of pace yet still have the option to take it to the next level.
