with Tamye Bouve Krosky

Mindfulness meditation is a mental training exercise that involves being fully focused on "the now" so you can explore, acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. A regular practice can help you to respond rather than react, let go of negativity, calm both your mind & body and point you towards more joy. Come as you are - no props, preparation or previous experience necessary. Mindfulness can be done anywhere, anytime by anybody. Come join Tamye Krosky, your certified instructor, as we explore a different type of guided mindfulness practice.
